You don't sweat less when you use an anti-perspirant except under your armpits. The rest of you will sweat just as much as before. Being thin with a high metabolism does NOT mean you should sweat LESS or MORE than someone who is overweight. It merely is the way your body regulates itself (your inner thermostat) to the heat. Sweating in how weather is necessary to allow the body to cool itself.

If its hot you're going to sweat... unless you want to spend your summer only soaking in a pool. Your body sweats for a reason, its trying to cool itself down. If you don't sweat, you can overheat and then be in a world of hurt. Sweating doesn't have anything to do with your weight or whatever.
and if you're walking on a black road which absorbs heat and makes it hotter, then you'll sweat more.

Shower like 3 times a day, with just a little bit of warm water, that helps a lot for the temperature of your body!
Drink a lot of water during the day, it helps to clean your system, and helps a lot with this humid weather that is just horribile!

Get naked,
carry one of those tiny hand-held fan things. My girlfriends just given me one and its fantastic.
carry an umbrella like the victorians used to. should provide a bit of shade from the sun.
carry a bottle of water with you and pour it over your head everytime you heat up.
Freeze a hot-water bottle. Should stay frozen for a while.
wet your socks with cold water, it will cool your blood down, or alternatively you can put them in a bucket. it works honest.
Best thing for me though is to wear as little clothes as possible and have my fan set to the highest setting.
ooh i got yer answer. Just went and did my shopping and its like the middle of winter there.
Hang out in your supermarket!!!

try eating or drinking cold things, u sweat because ur exposed to too much heat, so ur body needs to balance its tempature, so it lets out sweat to cool u down, its a normal body reaction, u need to sweat, so there is no wait to stop it, but if u try to keep ur body cold down, by drinking or eating cold things, or taking a shower, u will sweat less.

It's because of the hole in the ozone layer. The heat that the sun produces is too much because of that hole in the ozone. Because of too much heat, your body must burn fats that you have taken to regulate your temperature. Sweating is the body's way to regulate the internal temperature from it's external temperature.

heat and sweat go together you just have to make the best of it, if you get too sweaty another shower during the day might make you feel better.
