in relationship with guy 2 months and he broke up because I was in a duress situation and I did not tell him what was happening and I changed my phone number and did not want to give it out to anyone so he broke up with me? What is wrong with this situation

Uh...you? I mean, c'mon, you were in a relationship but you didn't give him your new number? And the answer to your original question is NO, there are no perfect relationships. Nothing in life is perfect, you just do the best you can with what you have.

Why in the world didn't you share your duress (as you call it) with someone you were in a relationship with? Your lack of communication was what tore your relationship apart. The blame for all of this lies squarely on you.
Next time, if you are with someone, try talking to them.

You should always tell him what is going on in your life. A relationship needs mutual trust and confidence. If there was any reason that you couldn't tell him about what was happening with you and about your number change, then maybe you shouldn't have been going out. If you can't trust to tell your significant other something so important, then you can't really trust them with anything, I would think.
