If you are using a Windows operating system then play it with Windows Media Player (WMP). Insert the VCD in to your CD Drive. If it doesn't automatically open the disc, right click the CD drive and choose "open." There should be a folder labeled "MPEGAV." Double click to open the folder. There should be one or more files with the ".dat" extension. Find the largest .dat file and right click it. Under "Open with," choose WMP to open .dat files. Viola!

p.s. the smaller .dat files are usually previews of other movies available on DVD.
