I think this is a well known problem but I need to know whether there is really a solution to it. Something that happens within seconds and then causes so much distress in many marriages. What is the solution?

Cause: 1. over sensitive genitals
2. Emotional or psycological inadequacies

Cure: See your doctor, it also helps to take it slow and when you feel ejaculation coming to withdraw and relax for a few seconds to 1 minute. Deadning agents like Lidocaine spray also may help though it may reduce your partners enjoyment as her genitlas will also be desensitised

I have been suffering from premature ejaculation for most of my life, but I found the most amazing invention to tackle this issue and since then I never looked back, and it is so simple. You can find the solution here ( http://prematurejaculation.kyma.info ) When a man is suffering from premature ejaculation, he is often climaxing before his partner and in the case of most men it is difficult if not impossible for them to continue intercourse after ejaculating. That's because chemicals are released when a man ejaculates and these are the same chemicals that make a person feel sleepy and/or not aroused. It’s not that they have suddenly lost interest, just their brain is telling them that the sex is over. This effect is more prominent after intercourse than after masturbation because intercourse actually causes four times more of these chemicals to be released. If premature ejaculation occurs frequently, it can lead to embarrassment for the man and sexual frustration for both partners.

normally its being nervous but some mens peis can be oversensitive. the nerves can be cut to reduce sensitivity. there are various tecniques such as squeezing but this means withdrawing first and can be fustrating. another common method is to clench the butt several times aday to build up the muscles reponible for holding back. both methods are of limited success. delay sprays and special condoms are available which are supposed to desensitize the penis

your brain and emotion at that time plays a big role. Try not to focus on the action itself, instead, divert your attention to something else. It helps!!You can practise to stay longer. Hold your flow halfway when you are urinating. This constant exercise may help.

There are condoms out there made specifically for this, they have some type of a deadening agent that prolongs this.

See a doctor. Sometimes it is a medical issue, sometimes it is a mental issue. No one here can properly diagnose your issue.
