lots of em - one of the free P2P ones is bittorrent, and some of the sites from which you can download free stuff are www.mininiva.org and www.meganova.org, but you need P2P download tools like bittorrent

There's many many downloading softwares, here are just a couple that are pretty good:
LimeWire, FrostWire (better limewire), Gluz, BearShare,
CocoGnut etc.

If you wanna chance it, there are bit torrent sites out there along with specific sites that sell cracked and patched software. Just search for them.
