if you really like this guy then i suggest you first find out if he likes you back.try flirting with him first, you know glanze at him every now and then and talk to him a couple times. If you feel that hes interested he should be open to ask you out, if he doesnt than hes either really shy or doesnt like you. In that case I suggest you take charge and ask him out !!!! (dont worry he will fall for you, guys cant resist a girl that flirts! its our nature..!!)

well may be you should ask him on a lunch date don't tell him it's a date then just say well I don't have nothin to do on what ever day u want to go then say: want to go to the movies it's this great movie coming out make sure it's scary so when you get sacred lean on him then look @ him and you take it from there .

if you guys run into each other a lot (if you know what i mean, **wink** wink**), he might actually ask you out but you should just ask him out, on a friendly date, the worst he can do is say no, and that is not the end of the world

just ask him out face to face or in a note i do face to face :D because then some of the guys will feel sorry if they said no to u in front of them so they say yes. it's an easy way to do it -.O good luck!
