If you are using a microwave to reheat the pork chop, you can put a cup of water in while they heat. The water will add steam to the cooking process. Be careful to not remove the cup of water until it has cooled or you have stirred it with a spoon.

poke a few holes in the chop and pour a little bit of italian dressing on the top. the meat will soak up the dressing and stay moist. and it will taste great.

when heating then up i put then on a rack in a pan put a little water in bottom of pan and heat it will keep moisture
