Try this one:

1 graham cracker pie shell
A half a cup of chocolate chips, melted in the microwave with 2T of milk
8 ounces of cream cheese at room temp.
8 ounces of a non dairy dessert topping (like cool whip)
In a large bowl beat the cream cheese with the topping, slowly add the melted chocolate. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate for a couple of hours, try decorating the top of the pie with additional chocolate chips or sprinkles. Serve cold, good for summer

Kay, this is a very special and easy family recipe- it sounds simple (it is!), but it is sooooo good.

You will need:
Graham crackers, whole
Sliced almonds
Brown Sugar- approximately 1-1/2 cups
Melted butter- approximately 3/4 cup

In a cookie sheet, lay out a layer of graham crackers. Sprinkle almonds on top. Set aside.
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the brown sugar, and stir constantly. You have to watch carefully as it heats up- remove it from heat right when it starts to boil and bubble a lot- the butter and sugar will have separated up until this point. As soon as it boils, remove from heat and pour over the crackers and almonds. Allow to cool, at least an hour. Cut or separate, and serve cool.

Yummmmm! Good luck with your desert no matter what you choose!

Vanilla bananas
Serves 4
4 banana’s
4 vanilla sticks (the real ones, the ones where vanilla comes from)
Optional: some powder sugar
4 little oven pans
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius (should be about 350 fahrenheit)
Chop the two ends of every banana and cut them in 3 pieces. Put 3 pieces of banana in every oven pan standing up. Cut the vanilla sticks in 3 pieces each and stick a piece in every piece of banana. If you like, you can cover the banana tops with some powder sugar. Bake the vanilla bananas in the oven for 20 minutes. When you take them out, the banana peel is black and the interior deliciously soft and sweet

Ice cream with mango sauce
Serves 4
- 1 mango
- 2 tea spoons of cardamom
- vanilla ice cream
Peel a mango and cut the fruit from the seed. Put the fruit in the blender, add a teaspoon of cardamom powder and process until smooth. Pour the mango sauce in four plates, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and top off with a hint of cardamom powder.

JELLO DESSERT
1 pkg large jello, same flavor
1 tub coolwhip
1 c fresh fruit

In a non metalic bowl, prepare the jello as on the package but use 1/2 cup less water per package.
Add fresh fruit like fresh strawberries, grapes, chopped apples. Let it gel for 3-5 hours. Mix up the jello and add 1 tub of cool whip. Add more if desired. Mix well, and its like an ambrosia.

Put the mix in a glass, and top with more fresh fruit or coolwhip

This is easy
MJ's OMG Salad
1 20 oz can pineapple tidbits or crushed
1 10 oz can mandrain oranges
1 cup berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries) or peaches
1 4oz package of instant pudding in favorite non-chocolate flavor... like vanilla, lemon, banana, cheesecake, or coconut
1 cup sliced bananas

Dump everything in the bowl. Stir... Let it sit for 2 hours before dinner. (If you want you can wait until right before serving to add the bananas.)

Your family will look at you and the salad then say ew...
After they try a bite you will hear "Oh my God," then you may have a fight on your hand.

You can't go wrong with ice cream! To make it more "dessert-like", you can add a berry sauce. To make: just put some frozen berries in a microwave-safe bowl. Add some sugar or honey to taste and the juice of half a lemon. Microwave for 1 minute at a time until warm.
Scoop your vanilla ice cream (or your favorite flavor) into bowls and as soon as you're ready to serve, spoon the sauce over it. Looks professional and tastes amazing!

Ever had a dump cake? 2 cans of different kinds of fruit pie filling, pick any kind that you like, cherries and blueberries are a good combo. One package of buttery cake mix, 1 cup of chopped pecans, 1 stick of butter.

coat a cake pan, 9x11, with non-stick spray, dump in the fruit first, don't mix it, pour over that the dry cake mix, over that sprinkle the pecans, then over that pour the melted butter. Don't mix it up. Cook that at the suggested time and temp from the back of the cake mix. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or by itself. Yummy

S'More Cups:

Buy the ready made graham cracker cups
Fill them with condensed milk, then raspberry chocolate chips, more milk, marshmellows, then bake for 20 minutes on 350 degrees or when the marshmellows brown. They are sooooo good!
