The question you ask is just like how can force a dog to eat if he already full. He doesn't like you or have respect from you. To be bold, he sound like you is his sex toy. get him to notice u in a more "wanting" way, im not saying slut urself out..but maybe change a few things up a bit, like ur hair, do your makeup, wear clothes that will make him notice you..
but dont be slutty with it, jus make it desirable!
or try talking to him, he may feel the same way about you and maybe thinking the same thing u are;)
and if he doesnt want u after all that, move on! he's not worth the time and effort.!

find someone who does. you can spend alot of time getting this guy to like you and when you finally get him to you might find you dont like him. focus on you and who would like you.
