I have never nor would ever cheat, however those people I know who have cheated are all basically the same they all need to be needed, be it physical or otherwise and sex is to them the only way they feel needed and desired!
As with most things in life it is often not the fact they had sex with someone else it is the lies and deception that go with it that cause the most hurt!

people cheat for various types of reasons. 1 being they do not feel you are giving them the attention they want. 2. yous might be going through a rough patch in your relationship. 3. they might of fell out of love with you and did not have the heart to tell you. there are loads more reasons but there are the obvious ones. some people just tell people what they think the other person wnats to hear so they can either have an easy life or they can get things out of them eg. sex. i hope this has been a help to you. ps. anyone that does cheat is not worth your time or tears and if you do ever experiance this do not ever blame yourself for it.

If you truly love and respect your partner you would never want to cheat on them. Anyone who cheats has emotionally removed themselves from the relationship they have with their 'at home' partner or spouse. If you want to cheat, then do you and your partner a favour and get out of the relationship first because its obvious you are no longer in love with them and do not respect them either. People don't cheat "love" - they cheat in lust. People cheat because they didn't mean it in the first place (u da 1) and because they don't have the integrity or dedication to make a single relationship work.
The bottom line for you is to be the kind of person you want to attract - someone who is good and honest and sincere. Like attracts like and you will eventually find someone who will mean it when they dedicate themselves to you.

They lied. Some people will say "I love you" so that a person will have sex with them. If someone loves you they will respect you and wait until marriage.
People who cheat are NOT, I repeat, NOT in love. The term "I Love You" is used too often, many folks don't even have the ability to understand what "love" is.
