a few years ago I had a boss I wanted to slap upside his head everytime I saw him.

You should only hug your boss, on a few conditions: They are your partner; they are your parents and; if they are your child.

Hell no. if anything he should be hugging you for helping him to be more lazy.
This definitely should not be a daily routine. if it is, you all need to file a report on him her for secual harrassment, craziest thing I've heard all morning
