Can I have some good excersises from yall for dem legs and buns !!!! (I Always have a best answer)

Yes Keep a strict diet, drink water and nothing but water, and special shakes like muscle tech, and kreatene (however you spell it) are non steroids shakes that what they do is enhance the muscle tissue and with regular exercise and lifting the muscle itself hardens and gives you that muscular look try it I did for 3yrs and it worked great, gain everyone is different but no hurt in trying.(speak to your doctor if you have any heart problems,etc before taking this or any other muscle product)

Well, lay on your side with your head propped up on hands and lift the top leg as high as you can get it and ease it back down as long as you can do it then flip over and do the same to the other. Good Luck!

Squats
Lunges
Stairs
Straight leg dead lifts (hamstrings)

Then...EAT 6x per day (bodyweight x 13= calories needed to grow large muscles)

IF you don't want to get that big and just tone up..same routine but add some treadmill on high incline and cycling. Don't lower your calories too much or your body won't heal, burn fat properly.

Get busy and pick up lots of men
do this over and over and over
and before long you'll have so much muscle around you--you won't have to lift a finger to move mountains !!!!

Do a lot of lunges with weights, that will help strengthen and tone your butt, and your legs. also increasing the amount of protein in your diet will help add muscle.
