The contest/experiment can be published as " An Ultimate Flirting Guide". Maybe can be the best seller for over 10 weeks!!

You need confidence - but don't over do it. Girls like guys that can hold themselves - flirting is an art form and not everyone is good at it. Now as for me, I have a few tricks up my sleeve for flirting but it's nothing I can really explain. Just be yourself and things will fall into place - if she is not the one for you you will know and then you can progress forward.

well don't pay them an obvious compliment. "That's a nice dress" etc is reserved for long-married folk. And don't stare at their breasts like I do, that is just annoying. Start with unthreatening eye contact and a smile, if you get a look back from them, go over and ask a question which shows that you respect their intelligence as a fellow human being.

You're probably coming off too strong. Or you might be doing something that offends them. Just smile, ask their name, what they do for a living, what their interests are. Just make them aware that ur interested in them and not their boobs...etc. Be polite if u get turned down oh well try again. Just be respectful and polite and u should do fine!!

flirting is something that should come naturally ... and if your doing it right it shouldnt get girls mad. i love a flirty guy. maybe you just suck at it? not to be mean. im just being honest :)

The wink is a good start. When you're finished with the wink, make eye contact and smile. Be subtle, though; don't come on too strong.
