This answer is different for every person.
Impossible to be specific.
But some things that attract most people, is friendliness, trust, being a good listeners - nodding in agreement a lot, and true-compliments. Whatever you do, don't fake anything.
Relationship problems being to loom HUGE, if you start giving something, and later quit.
Never pretend to be something you are not...it will cost you the whole relationship later.

dependon the person every 1 has difrent prefrencs an didid look some stuff up on teh interneta while ago and when a girl/a guy looks at the opsite sex sub-contiusly he he/she knos if she is sexyor not but genreily ppl like the opsite of there genes

I always look at eyes and mouths. Your'e always going to have to look them in the eyes and kiss them, right? Those have to be good. Next would be their voice. Gotta have a good voice your'e going to be talking to them a lot and listening. Then of course personality. Package deal. When I find the one with eyes I can stare into, lips I can kiss for hours and a voice with humor and caring/loving words, that will be the one I fall for.

Our primal instinct to procreate, God has a sense of humor and as long as Jack and Jill go up the hill God's opinion that this world will go on is alive and well. Oh yeah, hormones are a big factor in the equation as well!

his personality definitely...
no use loving someone for juz looks coz looks like fade away as that person grows old...
but personality will more or less stay the same... unless he/she mixes with bad company...

personality, smile, and eyes..... or sometimes if they really impress me with talent in the arts (mostly music and drama), being good looking helps too
