How can it be wrong to be self confident? If you are conceited, that is a different matter. A person can be confident without making other people feel stupid. Be confident but don't insist that you are always right.
I am very confident but when there is a question over who is right or wrong and we have no proof, I just say you may be right but this is my oppinion.

Confidence implies good self esteem and good mental health.
However, if you are boastful and annoying about it you will find it impacting your relationships in a negative way.
But there is nothing wrong with going into a situation feeling as though you can handle it and succeed. Confidence, in general, can be a very good thing.
At the same time, confidence can be intimidating to a person who lacks it.

No, it is absolutely not wrong. To be confident in your self is the best policy and the best asset of your life. It is not easy for a person to have the possession of self confidence so, since you have that confidence you will definitely excel in everything you do. Congratulations!

It is not wrong as long as you balance this with humility. Rather tricky. Many of us pass years mastering this.
Remember that all that you have is due to others: your parents, your genetics, your teachers. This will help you to stay humble.
Now give yourself credit for your own mind, your freedom of choice. Some way God gave us freedom of choice, but it's still up to you what you do with it. Here is where you can give yourself credit for doing the right thing, The other side of this is you have to be responsible for when you make mistakes. Own up to them and get on with life.
So my answer is, it is right to have confidence in proper measure, not too much and not too little. A balance is the way.

If you have no confidence in yourself, who will have confidence in you?
I'm sure to even ask such a question your confidence was not shaken. There is only one thing one must be sure of, when it come to confidence >> Are you accurate? not right, not wrong, but accurate. Never worry about being right, be accurate. To be accurate you have All the fact. In knowing all the facts, you can never be wrong.

It isn't WRONG to be confident. It just not a great idea not to be TOO confident..you might think your so great you can jump off a cliff without getting hurt, get laid 20 times by shooting the president, and smack anyone you want, all in a day!
~not my idea~

No, confidence can be sexy and alluring. What one needs to be careful of with confidence is that it does not lead to arrogance or *********. Either of those are a turnoff.
Self-confidence is attractive - no reason to feel wrong or ashamed of that. I say good for you!

No. Confidence is the best thing as long as you don't think you're better than everyone else. Remember, you can be the best at something, but there's always someone out there that will be better at the same thing.

No. Its a fact that people prefer confidence over shyness. As long as you are not overly confident otherwise you can come off as arrogant.
