i tried most of them
yahoo is combines most good features (voice, cam, audibles)
plus I love the Doodle IMViro!

MSN my personal favorite.
Yahoo too cluttered looking and a memory hog. But I use it too with MSN.
AOL,(AIM) never used because its nothing but SPYWARE.
Haven't used the others yet.
I have heard Google is good.
Skype, I thought was a PC to PC / or PC to Phone service and not an IM client per say. But it does have excellient sound quality. PC to PC = FREE
PC to Phone is a minor charge. but MUCH less than regular phone call.

GoogleTalk :p, easy to dl, simple interface, can use under firewall and good voice quality
Yahoo, audible is the best :p

My favourite is Windows Live Messenger because you can sign up to be able to call people on your computer.computer to phone or computer to computer. Now you can also talk to yahoo contacts with Windows Live Messenger. Go to: http://ideas.live.com/?mkt=en-us
click on the second box, the one that says Windows Live Messenger. Click try it.

msn is the best one now there is a new version of msn caleed msn live 8.0. and from there you can also add a yahoo id and chat with them. isn't that amazing chat from msn to yahoo
