Like the girl above me said, try calling your insurance company for a list, many times there is a mental health services phone number on the back of your insurance card. You can also go to www.psychologytoday.com, they have a therapist search where you put in your area, and any special requests/languages. It will provide you with their name, address and phone number. Then if you call the therapist, you can ask if they take your insurance, they should be able to tell you

I would start with the insurance company, they should be able to tell you if indeed they have a polish speaking therapist on their rolls. Or, failing that, you can contact your local chapter of Polish Americans and ask them if they can suggest one.
