This sounds like it could be IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). I suffer from it myself and it can render you immobile sometimes with the pain and discomfort. I usually get it when I'm stressed or apprehensive.
Alternatively, it could be appendicitus. This would cause a searing pain in your stomach.
But as others have pointed out, go and see your GP as soon as possible. Hope you feel better soon.

Trapped Wind

If you can make a drumming sound on your stomach, and it is distended, then you have wind (excess gas).

On treatement for this would be a kind of syrup got by prescription which you take before going to bed.

A warm bath may help, anway.

Is it a sharp pain or a dull pain? Are you throwing up? Do you drink?

You hardly told us enough to interpret.

Having had 1 or 2 in my lifetime...it sounds a lot like a mild hernia.

either call a doctor to come see you at home if you are in distress or go see your doctor. asking on here is not ideal

I would see a DR, it depends on where the pain is.
