Its one of the harder ones to do. Diet but as with all diets expect to loose it all over.
Excercise doesnt actually make you loose weight from that area, it simply tones up the muscles. When you work out the calarories burnt are taken from your all over body stores. The muscles get tightened so give the appearance of loss but given tha the muscles in your chest are under your breasts you are unlikely to notice a reduction in size.
Diet and excecise and pleanty of patience.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

You have to lose weight all over and tone up the area which will make the breasts smaller, there is muscle under there but it's mostly fat.There really is not such a thing as spot dieting.

you can not determine WHERE you will lose weight....your body will do that for you. as for these answers " thats where it comes off first" --uhm...not neccessarily.(when i lose weight you can tell in my face first)..like i said your body will choose on its own where the weight will come off... HOWEVER, by losing weight all over, you will lose some there too....everyone is dfferent, there's nothing that says if everyone on earth were to do the exact same deit and exercise routine they'd lose weight in the same places!

there is no way to do that, however, when a woman looses weight the first place it comes off of is the breasts.
