program which can used t manage task in network.
task can completed by user that assign to it, not by other user ,
somebody can help me???

Try Palm Desktop. You can get it without getting a Palm... Go to palm.com, select owner resources, choose any model of Palm, and try downloading Palm Desktop. It'll fit your needs.
