Well it depends. I had the same kind of problem, I would have to get up at night, because I had a nose bleed, and it was the most annoying when it started bleeding at school. Well anyway, I would usually get them when there was dry air, or just a change of humidity in the air. I also got them, becasue in my nose I have a very weak vein, and it would burst easily. A method to solve this would be to go to a doctor who deals with noses, ears, and mouths, like that kind of thing. Anyway, there, If you have a vein like me(which is usually the problem) the doctor will rub an alchohol swab on it, and then he will put a sort of chemical on it, so it will burn the weak vein. It won't hurt, and you won't bleed. Then, once your vein heals after the burn, it will be stronger, and won't burst, so then you won't get nose bleeds anymore. Hope I helped you.

Yikes. This appears like my twin sister too. even as she changed into youthful, she might want to awaken randomly interior the midst of the evening to a nosebleed. It changed into almost bloody homicide often times. the very certainty you advised us about the dry Texan air enables somewhat. try putting a humidifier in his room. even as the blood vessels interior the nostril get too dry, they can burst all of surprising. The humidifier can make the air moist in his room. Now, if he does have a nosebleed interior the midst of the evening, try putting a towel over the realm to avert added bleeding on the sheets. also, try putting ice on the nostril the position it is bleeding. this may freeze the blood and end the bleeding. make confident that when the bleeding stops he does proceed wiping his nostril. this may reason the bleeding to start up lower back. to make confident that there is not any clinical difficulty, take him to the health care professional. i have heard that often nosebleeds recommend a baby is in probability for leukemia. it truly is what made my mom take my twin to the health care professional. it is more effective to be secure than sorry. desire this enables!!!

Sometimes there is a capillary close to the surface that just needs cauterized. Check with a local ear, nose and throat specialist.
