Children under 2 should be playing not looking at a computer. Get some paper and make shapes for him. Read him nursery rhymes from library books. Give the kid a life before he starts on the computer by himself.

umm... no offense but i personally think that anyone under 5 really has no reason to be on the computer, nevermind online. get them some board games and stuff like that and they'll love it a lot more, especially if you play with your brother (yes he's probably annoying but he might be less annoying if you gave him a bit of your attention) and then he'll be less hyper (if he is cause he gets the energy out) and gets some excersize too.
that's just what i think but if you do let him use the internet then make sure it's not the only thing he does.... be careful cause i'd think that little kids would be prone to clicking on the "free!" and game ads that might have viruses and stuff....

My daughter is 2 and she likes the pbs website, they have links to barney, and teletubbies. Also there is the childrens television workshop site, sesame street on there. There is also a website for treehouse, made for small children, try these. Just go on google and enter the word "barney" or "elmo" or "treehouse", you will find great sites for your little ones. Like I said, my daughter just loves them. On sesame street website, there is a game called "keyboard-o-rama" this game allows the child to push any key on the keyboard to hear letters, words, numbers and if you hit the spacebar, elmo gets tickled, and he giggles. My daughters favorite game.

My sister is 17 months and she loves jayjay the jet plane. I take her on jayjay.com also try something like pbs.org. Good luck!
