What where they like? Did the delivery come on time? Did you get many substitions? Any other comments?
Ive made my first order today, supposed to be delivered between 7-8 tomorrow

Occado is the home shopping network/delivery people for Waitrose.
You do your grocery shopping online and they deliver to your house

I've used Tesco and Sainsbury but not Ocado yet. It was recommended to me though, by someone who was very enthusiastic about Ocado and their service, if that helps any.
I'm sure they will do good though. They're upmarket from the others so it would stand to reason they would go the extra mile so to speak.
