Im 17 and weigh 10.5 I have no problem with my lags and arms, but it seems my tummy has a lot of 'puppy fat' (as my mom calls it) She says it will drop off as i get older, is this true from older ppls experiance??

by age 17, unless you haven't started your period, it is not "puppy fat". when children are young, sometimes they do have extra weight that is dropped as they go through puberty (I've read in a magazine-can't remember which one-that some of it is dropped because once kids get into jr. high and high school and go into organized sports the extra activity helps them shed pounds and build muscle) but by 17 it is more than likely your eating and excersize habits. 10 crunches (5 minutes) a day will help you, as will eating a healthier diet.

The only way u'll get rid of it is if u exercise. Do sum abdominal exercises. Believe me, it won't just disappear!
