I assume you mean genetically? As someone else said, any dog may randomly have a heart problem (congenital rather than genetic), but some breeds have a proven or suspected genetic predisposition.
For example, I know that Boxers, Great Danes and Dobermans have cardiomyopathy problems, and Poodles have Mitral Valve Disease.
If you are interested in a particular breed, but want to find out about potential heart problems, check this link:

A great collection of sites on health problems in each breed.

Well I'm no vet but this is a strait forward question for me. I think of Dogs as ppl and considering a senior is more likely to have heart troubles but that s not to say that a young person wouldn't have one too. Why are you only concerned with heart problems?
There really is not a breed of dog out there that you cant find a problem with. Large breeds are known to have hip problems. Dogs like pugs have breathing problems. Shar-Pei's have wrinkle/eye problems I had 2 which developed a disease not sure what it was called but it basically was cancer and it ate away the internal organs. So honestly I think listing some of you thoughts as to which breed you may prefer would be best.

Goldens and Newfies are prone to a heart defect called SAS. Puppies are screened by a cardiologist before going to new homes and breeding stock is screened before breeding.
There are many breeds that have genetic heart defects as a concern. Most breeds can have heart issues as they age.
Yes, many puppies can have heart murmurs, but many are "innocent" murmurs and will go away on their own. They are however, more of a concern when they occur in a breed that as a predisposition for a certain defect. A heart murmur in a breed known for SAS, can be SAS and the puppy may drop dead suddenly in a few months!!!
An innocent murmur is not considered "heart trouble".
It is easier to pick a breed and then search for the health problems that effect that breed, than to try and figure all the breeds affected by heart trouble!!!!!!!
