Like the one person said, anything animal. Also any kind of bean. Nuts are high in protein but you should only eat a few each day because they are also high in fat--it's good fat though that you need. Both of these foods are a very healthy additions to any diet. A good way to eat beans it so make bean soup. Bean soup is basically just ham, beans, a small amount of potato and onion boiled for hours. Boil the ham longer than the beans. Also if you ant beans 7 days in a row they won't give you gas. You body will make an enzyme to digest them.

It should be noted that people are hung up on telling others to eat egg whites. This is fine but it is safe and easier to eat the whole egg--not to mention tastier. The egg white info is 30 or 40 years old. New studies show whole eggs are safe.

Turkey gobble gobble!

Highest amount is hard to say. However, in terms of protein from lean meats your best choices are: Chicken, Turkey, Egg whites, fish, and lean ground beef (the 90/10).

Hope this helps.

That would be beans . As much as people do not like them, they are one of the best sources of protein. There are also many more vegetable sources of protein.

Beans and nuts.

Peanut butter is a great source of non-meat protein.

Easy.

Anything of animal origin...meat, eggs, liver & internal organ meats...are nothing BUT protien.

Milk is high in protein, but also has sugars (lactose) and fats.
