We are all so lucky to beborn in america and i think people who don't love america should go back to arabia just like george bush says. Jesus Christ is love and if people don't know that they should die and burn in hell because jesus loves them and he died for them.

America could be a shining beacon of hope and a blessing to the world. Instead we've built the most awesome war machine the world has ever seen.

Consider this:

In 2005 the world spent $1 trillion on military spending. Of that total, the United States spent more than every other nation in the world combined accounting for over half the total.

In the same year the United States didn't even make the top 20 in the list of charitable contributions as a percentage of gross domestic product (GDP).

We spent over $500 billion on war but contributed only $12 billion in charity.

The United States could spend double the combined military budgets of China and Russia and still have over $400 billion to spend feading the starving, housing the homeless, and saving the lives of children without chaning your tax burden by a single penny.

Also consider, since the fall of the Soviet Union, our only real military competitor, the United States, rather than scaling down military expenditures, has seen massive increases in weapons development and military spending.

Since WWII, throughout this entire military buildup, we have constantly toppled government after government to remove or empower any ruler we see fit. Almost always at a terrible cost in civilian lives. After waging war to instill Sadahm Hussein, we have now waged war to remove him. In this case over 40,000 innocent civilians including women and children have been murdered for our cause.

The United States could be the salvation of the world, but we've instead chosen to be the greatest weapon in history, and our leaders are on a path of world conquest.

Don't involve Essa (Jesus) with America , America's actions in this world can't be justified by Christians instructions America is being aggressive against the world doesn't mean that Jesus told W. Bush to kill the Innocent in Iraq and Afghanistan because what ... burn in hell crap , What the deuce???
We all as Muslim and Christians love Jesus and respect him and as a Muslim point of view Jesus didn't die to save anyone every man is responsible for his choices.

Leslie, some Arabs, and others from the Middle East and around the world, hate Americans for the same reason you hate Arabs. You have never known any Arabs personally (and if you did, you might LOVE them--they are very hospitable and loyal friends, and they cry just like you would when one of their babies gets blown up by a bomb.) You hate them because the ones you DO hear about in the news are terrorists.

Most Arabs, too, don't know about God-fearing friendly American teenagers like yourself firsthand. They are in a bitter struggle against Israel, (whom they know America backs in preference to themselves). Also, Muslims around the world are very conservative in dress and morals, and the taste of Western culture that is sent to them via our media is: abortion being talked about as something good; sluttella girls shaking their booty on MTV; movies in which adultery and promiscuity is the norm, not an aberration.

Blame for most of the hatred people feel for Americans can be laid at the feet of the American neoconservatives and their empire-building control-the-world vision, which has had a cruel impact on the rest of the world.

Not many of the Big Players in the Neoconservative camp are Christians, though they used evangelical Christians to get into power. Neoconservatives have their philosophical origins in Trotskyite Communism, and the founders and current big wheels of the movement tend to be non-religious Jews.

They hate America because of what you just said. Jesus is not the only Messiah in the world, but you Christan's act like he's the only way to get into heaven. Your King James Bible was written by William Shakespeare for King James and his family. God only knows who translated it from it's original Greek and Hebrew for him. Have you ever thought about that? Not all Americans are like you. The rest are just spoiled rotten. Even the poor Americans have it better than many in other countries. Plus America has to play big brother to all the other countries. If they have a war and we are there helping they want us out. If they have a war and we are not helping they want us there. Good God you wonder why people hate Americans....

OK, so if people are ignorant, "they should die and burn in hell because jesus loves them" Well then! Isn't that just a shining example of the love Jesus has for them! (Note sarcasm, please:)
I'm sorry, but that is doing nothing but fueling the fire against Christians. I can easily see how someone could come to despise us from posts such as this(Yes, I call myself a Christian). If I were in any sort of position to apologize for the actions of others, here is where I would do so.

America is full of ignorant idoits. Its not our fault, we were raised that way, and we have been spoiled for generations. We think we are entitled, and we cant figure out our own problems because everyone thinks they are right. I dont think there is a single reason we are that way, but we are way to spoiled, like royalty in the Middle Ages.

I lived in Japan for almost a decade, and I mush prefer it. They have values and culture, and we seriously lack that. I also cant wait to live in Europe, where they also have their sh*t together. How often do you here or Norway in the news for a political uprsing or gas prices or whatever? Its quiet there, and yet prostitution and weed are legal. If they can manage that, why cant we?

You should never go to Italy, they hate us there, and Greece aint much better.

i feel lucky to have been born in america, too. Jesus is love, but i don't think the way to tell people that is to tell them that they should go to hell. Jesus doesn't want them in hell, but it's true, lots of people will end up there ne ways.

i agree with you that those of us born in america are lucky. however, you lost me after that. i am christian and i believe wholeheartedly that jesus died for our sins. that is an amazing gift.

people that hate america hate america because of our arrogance and because of people like you and our president that do not value the lifestyles and beliefs of others. yes, we do live in a great country. but we are selling other cultures and ourselves short if we do not look outside of our almighty red white and blue box and see what other cultures have to offer. america is not always right. america is not always the best, boldest, smartest or fastest.

our country is supposed to be one where a person, irregardless of skin color, religious beliefs, sexual preference, etc. can come and have freedom to be who they are. just because we may not agree personally with a person's lifestyle does not give us the right to discriminate and hate. and let's keep in mind, this is also a major lesson from our lord and savior.

i will be praying for you.

Because of the same kind of narrow minded hatefulness you showed in your post. I agree that we ARE lucky, but if some don't agree, or have different views, so be it. My goodness chick, that whole line about burning in hell sounds more like the people that hate us and say pretty much the same thing about us for believing in our ways.
