That is a rhetorical question right? Go spend a day with a manager of anything, CEO, etc. Watch what they have to deal with with employee's on a daily basis.

You'll immediately see that hard, smart, focused work is what defines success or failure.

Yes, I go to college full-time year round, I have a full time job and a part time job.. And I love it. I'm proud of myself and have never felt better.
