I'm getting really tired at work, despite drinking instant coffee (cappucino) by Nescafe and Douwe Egberts. Do these lovely bags of fine powder provide me with much-needed cafeine or don't they?

it tastes wonderful with milk and hot water, i'm not talking instant coffee of old. Normal coffee is available, but our machine makes horrible stuff.

All coffee/tea contains cafeine... Coffee doesn't help you from not feeling tired. It just makes you awake. What you need is SLEEP! Ayt?! =)

yes they do but the problem may not be that you are low on caffeine. Go to the doctor and ask them to check your GI levels. Some people need slow release foods to absorb enough energy - this coffee etc may be to quick a release agent for your body to absorb it...

It has caffeine. To prove the point, take a teaspoon and place it in your mouth for the full effect. Do not add water. Quick rush!

Yes, instant coffee has caffeine. I know Folgers Instant has more caffeine in it than its regular coffee.
