The sheer numbers of millions of illegals coming here to take advantage of our sytem will bankrupt the program if allowed to continue unchecked. Obviously the Supreme Court was thinking along idealistic lines and the justices were not the ones who would ultimately have to foot the bill for the hoardes of illegals swamping the system and making off with billions of taxpayer dollars in services. Many California cities have already sued the Mexican government for billions in an attempt to recoup some of the losses.
The Supreme Court decision was a bad one and should be reversed. It's just not fair or workable.

I just think that people should wisen up a little not anything but people should realize that these immigrants are not taking their rights, not even their lands, all they are doing are taking the jobs that some people won't do.........Seriously just ask yourself the question.........Do I want to work picking fruit and only getting paid 32cents a barrel?.......Do I want to live in a small room with like 25 other people and pay 200$ a week to live there?........Yes immigrants are costing a bundle to ship back and so on, but i think we would save lots of money cutting certain things.........On the other hand, I think people should ask themselves.......Why do we have to waste so much on war, guns, nucleaur weapons, why do politicians get double pension when they retire compared to our grandparents, mothers, and fathers..Why does health insurance cost so much for us college students and elderly..Why is education so expensive....Why do we waste so much money on other lands when we the USA have beggers, homeless, and poverty.....Why???? So if you really r upset with the immigrants and the situation why dont u think about how much they make per barrel of whatever they pick to how much the US spends on everything else..........

If the congress made a bill that we should give public services to the illegal aliens, and then it was signed into law by the president, I would totally respect that and it wouldn't bother me in the least.
However, the supreme court should not be in the business of writing laws. That's why we have separation of powers.

because of the extra burden placed on the average taxpayer, many think they shouldn't have to support the non-taxpaying undocumented worker. what they fail to see is the number of undocumented workers who are paying both income and medicar/social secutity taxes but due to the illegal paperwork they often use, can never recieve the benefit of. also, the fact that illegal immigration is being hyped by politicians and is not as important as so many issues are, but which are not being exposed or put into the limelight, it appears to the general public at large that much of the nations resources are being diverted towards the illegal immigrant. the real problems which affect the average american are an embarrassing element which any politician is doing all he can to , and must do to, keep hidden from the public eye. the claim that they take jobs from hardworking americans is a fallacy being hyped so as to keep hidden from the general publi the real loss of jobs, not just a few, but huge numbers of jobs, sent to foreign countries, including mexico, china. india pakistan, indonesia, and most of south and central america, in order to keep large corporations making billions in profits, and draining american wealth through high cut-throat pricing and low labor expense.

First, they are illegal aliens, NOT undocumented workers, not undocumented immigrants, and not illegal immigrants; the correct term is: illegal aliens.... no amount of sugar coating will change that.
Second, illegal aliens have absolutely NO RIGHT to public services in the USA, illegal aliens have absolutely NO RIGHT to be in the USA, the Court decision was totally wrong, you know it, I know it, everyone that thinks clearly knows it.
AND, it is our money that is being stolen to aid illegal aliens. Our insurance premiums go up, all of our costs go up because of this criminal activity.
The more illegal aliens protest, the louder the demand for DEPORTATION will be. The legal citizens of the USA are overwhelmingly in favor of closing the border. It is the correct thing to do. Then the illegal aliens could drag their butts back to their own countries and fight for change there instead of STEALING from the USA and its citizens.

we cannot deny anyone public services. if someone is shot, and dying, to deny medical treatment would be murderous. To deny a hungry family food is cruelty. But the system has been abused, and drastic actions need to be taken to fix it. I don't think we need to cut off the services. We need to reform immigration so people can come here legally, work for a fair, taxable wage and become functioning members of socieity, not the overworked, underpaid and isolated class that they currently are.

It's called representative government.
Whining can cause laws to be changed to reflect the will of the majority.
Whining is the appropriate method. What else would you suggest, taking up arms and shooting illegal immigrants, or, judges?

did not know then that we would have to carry 20 + million people on our shoulders. We have to draw the line somewhere...the illegals are sucking up the tax dollars as fast as they can while our own American disable, poor and elderly are the ones taking a hit....
We owe to our own first.....when we can take care of them, we will look to see if there is any left over for illegals.
