I would ask him about the future of Tibet, and whether he thinks that it will ever regain independance from China.

As for the Christian Charlatan's answer! Well.. As a theocracy, Tibet was incredibly enlightened. It's sole aim was to grow spiritually, and had no "designs" on the land property or people of any other nation - as had been the case for 1000's of years.

Besides, the Dalai Lama has said that were Tibet to be given independance again, he would establish it as a democracy. He would be the religious leader, but democratially elected leaders would run the country.

Personally I would rather live in a Theocracy with the Dalai Lama at the head than the elected dictatorship we have in the UK (no choice at all, and the people elected to represent us have to follow the dictates of a "select" very few at the top of the party).

I would ask him why people should support his attempt to reinstall a fascist theocracy in Tibet. I would also ask him why he goes around saying how peaceful he is when his followers were exploiting and abusing the common people of Tibet.

The Chinese Communists are bastards, but The Dali Lama is a fraud too.
