Using "sweetie":

"Ani mitgaga'at eilecha, motek."

.אני מתגעגעת אליך, מותק

If you want to say "my love", it would be "ahuvi" instead of "motek". My darling is "yakiri". You would almost never use 2 words "[something] sheli". While grammatically correct, it sounds funny. "Matok" means sweet; "motek" is sweetie. Neither of them would be right with an -i suffix to mean "my".

Ani Mitga'aga'at Eleicha Matok Sheli.

(Many ways to say sweetheart, but "Matok" means sweet in Hebrew)

Oh, Persian Boy is full of love, is he?

A woman to man, you say?

- "ani mitgagat elecha" [I miss you]

And then:
- Chamudi or "chamud sheli" (cutie)
- Matoki or "matok sheli" (sweetie)

These first two are slang (OK, also in English)

- Ahuvi or "ahuv sheli" (my love)
- Yekiri (my darling)

These last two are proper Hebrew, but the last one is archaic and not something that people would say; and the first one is really "poetic" Hebrew.

"I miss you" (a woman to a man) is: "ani mitga'aga'at eleicha"

Now, there are many "sweetheart like" words in Hebrew. Here are some:
"chamud" (cute)
"matok"/ "motek" (sweetie)
"yakiri" (my darling)
"'ahuvi" (my beloved)

I would go for "ani mitga'aga'at eleicha, yakiri" or "ani mitga'aga'at eleicha, 'ahuvi".
