Avoid feminist values at all cost.
Feminism has demonized men & boys and made it that men can't even look for more than a few moments without being accused of 'potential rape'.
People are waking up to the damage feminism has caused to society; boys struggling in the gynocentric school system, priority in most areas given to girls/women, men made to feel the collective guilt of a few bad guys, female supremacists, quotas based on genitalia instead of ability, believing sexual assaults on men to be 'funny' or more often 'justified' while condemning any man touches a woman's butt. Yes, feminism is hypocrisy & double standards of the highest order.
If you wear a lowcut top, expect a man to look.

Depends on your age. If you're at school join some courses or activities that are popular and attract mixed groups. If you get some nice girl friends to go out with you're half way there. Similar advice if you're older plus dating sites/newspaper ads. Generally an attractive smile down at the supermarket can also work. Men respond to subtle eye contact and a sweet smile, it gives them courage to come over and talk, then it's up to you. Have some interesting topics of conversation ready.

Just be yourself and don't look desperate. Be challenging and picky, guys like a challenge. Don't be stuck-up and snobby because then people would think you are a *itch. Dress to impress and have fun, be open-minded.

Whatever you do, don't go looking for one. There right guy will come along and it will happen when you least expect it. Socialise more. Good luck girl.
