Why is it when people come off a sliproad on a motorway or highway they speed up when they should be slowing down as they will be coming to a stop it dont make sense to me

speeding up allows the tires to regain traction so that the driver can regain control of the vehicle

Let me bridge the language gap first.
I assume that a slip road is the same as an off-ramp here in the US. Also that a motorway is a freeway.
With that out of the way, I can only suggest that it is a regional issue for where you are because in many years of driving in most of the US and several foreign countries I have not seen many instances of what you are describing.
As far as a direct answer, many people drive as if they are in a race. Perhaps they just want to get to the stop before you.

It's because of the angle,curve and speed. Most people don't let up on the gas, carrying to much momentum.
