I don't know if it's constant, but everyone has wonders about other people they see on the street. My gf does, I'm sure, and I do - but that doesn't mean I'm going to cheat.

It depends on how long you have been with your boyfriend. Usually during the first 2 or so years you only have eyes for eachother. I think it is true that everyone at some point in their relationship thinks about other people - especially if that person is showing them some attention too, but what matters is how far you take it. If you're truly in love then you may look but it wouldn't even enter your mind to cheat. If you're not as tight as you thought then maybe you will. It's a good way to find out if you're meant to be with someone anyway! And it is definately not just a guy thing - girls daydream too!!

It depends what you class as cheating for some even thinking a passer by is nice looking is cheating where others think kissing is ok but sex is cheating.
We all look at other people & even fancy celebs like actors & singers it's not cheating we will always fancy other people it just means we don't have to act on it.

My hubby & I point out good looking people to each other, when he does it I'll either agree or say no she's only an 7 out of 10.
At the end of the day he is with me by choice so why worry

I cannot speak for the masses, but I have always had a vivid imagination and yes, many times I have thought about a fling with a lady who catches my eye. I would tend to believe this is true for just about all guys, as we are visual creatures. It is very normal in my opinion to look at others and contemplate the 'what if' factor. Not that I would ever act upon these thoughts as they are nothing more than a passing fantasy. It's simply the way we are wired.

If your BF is truthful, I bet he has also had these thoughts too. But this does not in any way make him a bad person or a cheater. He is with you because he wants to be, and perhaps fantasizes on occasion because he is a normal human being.

If someone really loves you and that he has decided to spend the rest of his life being with you, start a family, and abide by the vows and commitment to marry you in the long run, he will not even have a thought about cheating. There are faithful males and females who stand by their loved ones till the day they die. Consider yourself lucky to have a boyfriend like that.

It isn't that they think about "cheating" it's just that the human sexual drive will never die. By that I mean, even though you are with someone, you still think other people are attractive, and the attraction is normal, that doesn't mean that you are going to sleep with the other person but you sure would if you were single and he/she was willing right? That is what they mean when they say that everyone thinks about cheating.

Not necessarily always. However, being suspicious is human nature and it becomes more marked in the light of past experience; i.e; if one had an experience of cheating or at least had closely encountered a relationship,in which, cheating was marked.

I'm not sure everyone thinks about actually cheating, however, I do believe that certainly all of us have "lusted in our hearts." But, I believe that what counts is action not thought. My dad used to say it doesn't matter where you get your apettite, so long as you eat at home.

Cheaters are the only ones who think about cheating. I hope your boyfriend isn't one of them. You can still be attracted to someone while in a relationship without acting on that attraction!
