Try eating the cans too and all the packaging that the junk food comes in.... failing that... just eat a weight watchers member..... they are all too fat to run fast, you should catch one easily....

So you weigh 154 lbs. What's your height? If you're like 5'6" to 6' or so, I think 11 stones is about right for your height.

1000 calories equals 1 pound. If you are active you need to eat 1000 calories more than what you are burning off. Drink guiness. Eat plenty of protein.

i guess it's your body type, you burn calories faster then others. instead of tring to eat more and stuff try to exercise and build muskle:)) but if you wanna know my honest opinion, i think you look fine:) 10 stones is ok for a guy (red the question:)))
