I had the same problem. I went to American Eagle and got him a shirt with a smart *** comment on it since he likes those. Then I took him out to eat at his favorite Italian restuarant. Just think about what he likes and put somethin together. He'll love it!

If you know him well enough to call him b/f, you should know him well enough to choose a gift he will appreciate.
The fact that he won't tell you what to buy for him probably means that he wants to see how close you can come to 'reading' him.
If your gift is a hit maybe that's a good sign.....if not, ??????????
