i need to know if i should do my red highlight before or after?

i already took my 15 pikz at da studio n da park but im missin da beach one i wanna know if i should do da highlights before mi beach pikz or after? and i also wanted da beach ones to look a lil diferent so tell me wat chall think i should do!!!
