Get a bacterial screening immediately to rule out gonorrhea, syphilis, etc. One full STD screening, including HIV, at 3 months, another at 6 months, and another at one year. There's little room for things to not be caught this way. Don't wait for symptoms, by the time you may or still may not even have symptoms, such as with syphilis, you're pretty much on your way to the grave. Most STD's are silent diseases, excepting trichomoniasis, which usually gives you the drips and reeks.

Yes, there isn't any. Herpes is caused by a virus. Actually, there is little cure for viruses nowadays. The only thing that you can generally do in the case of a viral infection is strengthen the immune system and hope it fights it off. Not with Herpes, the immune system can't win against it. Thus you only get to treat the symptoms. Once you're infected, it stays with you for life. So don't get infected.

You are asking for trouble having sex with anybody you hardly know. It's dangerous enough with those you know.
You probably did not contract anything (but you should be checked in any event) but if you continue to engage in this sort of activity, it will only be a matter of time and as another user stated: these viruses never leave your body once you contract them.
Best practice is to abstain. If you can't, then find a committed partner and be monogamous.

The same week, but some of them pop up later, just check on the MD or health site on the Internet for symptoms.
At the first suspicion of anything wrong, get to a clinic immediately.
Please start using protection, many of these diseases are the gift that keeps on giving. In other words, they can be treated but they can't be cured!
