Sure there are, but don't use this as an excuse to be a jerk to your woman. If you want to sleep around, leave her. If you're just an extroverted person, try modelling. Male models have a good time and it's not about sex or anything immoral.
Male escorts primarily serve the gay community. You won't get many jobs with women, and if you do, they won't involve sex.
