"The blood in any person is in reality the person himself. ... poisons due to personal living, eating and drinking habits ... The poisons that produce the impulse to commit suicide, murder, or steal are in the blood. Moral insanity, sexual perversions, repression, inferiority complexes, petty crimes - these often follow in the wake of blood transfusion."

WHAT YOU ARE SAYING IS ALL CRAP, I KNOW BECAUSE I HAD LIKE TWO BLOOD TRANSFUSIONS SO NO IT WILL NOT MURDER SOMEONE UNLESS YOU HAVE AIDS AND THE BLOOD WAS NOT SCREEN PROPERLY BY THE BLOOD BANK WHEN IT WAS TAKEN. I SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU START READING SOME MEDICAL ARTICLES. I HAD TWO BLOOD TRANSFUSION AND I HAVE NOT CHANGE, i might be more upset with my life because i can't walk, and i can't do the things that I used but I'm mad at my situation and current problems which by the way were not cause by the blood transfusions.

No. Receiving a blood transfusion from someone who willingly donated blood is not committing murder. The Watchtower is a bunch of crap.

No you poor deluded fool!
I call you 'Fool' not to insult you, but out of pity and frustration that any 'Sane' person would have anything to do with such a stupid idea as that stated above.
I order you to go now from whatever place you currently reside, to a centre of learning.
Stop believing in fairy tales and open your mind to what’s really going on in the world around us. Find out for yourself!

Humans are just Apes; death IS the end; the world is unfair.
Get used to it. It all just makes more sense.

No excuse to murder someone.

Not true. Myth. There are many screwed up J. Witness rules. That's one of them.
