Of course they are. they won in Africa and took over the horn of Africa and then divided it up between war lords and kept up the brutal murder of women and children.
The worst atrocities ever committed they did.
made sex slaves out of children. Raped women repeatedly
did it make that country a better place. It became hell on earth.
