Of course they are loaded. I prefer vodka over rum anyday but thats my opinion.

Yes, but some have less than others. For example, light rum (uncolored) has very few calories. A diet coke and a light rum drink (10 oz) has only 60 calories. Move up to dark rum and they increase exponentially. Vodka has lighter calories as it, too, is a light spirit.

Vodka would be your best bet with fewer calories. Gin would be a great choice as well.....Stay clear of the rum

at 100 proof the calories increase to 82 per oz

A Calorie is the amount of heat it takes to raise one ml of water by 1 degree c.

If you can light it on fire, it has calories.

That does NOT mean it will make you fat though. For example, trees burn - and contain lots and lots of calories - but it is unlikely that you will become fat by eating them...

Every thing that the body can metabolise has calories! Your metabolism is every chemical reaction that takes place within the body(just in case you wanted to know that), and is the how we produce energy in the form of ATP.

Loaded with tons of calories and carbs

except bacardi superior which has 0 calories...

the best thing you can drink if trying to watch your weight is gin and tonic (specifically bombay sapphire gin) and its pretty good too with a hint of lime

Very low carbs in Vodka.
