Try www.tutorvista.com. Helped my daughter last year. You can get help with somethings (Algebra was one) for free, or you can join and get help from an actual person.

I would either try the publishers website or check inside the book to see if there is a website listed within it.

Almost all math books have a website to them. Ask your teacher and she/he will tell you.
