Here is this Jew trying to preach against some of the things that you have lived with all your life. What reason would you have to believe him? Imagine, if you can, that something similar were to happen now. What reason would you have to believe some wandering loony preaching anything?

He fulfilled prophesy and did miracles, he healed the sick and raised the dead. No TV tricks, no magic and the real key is he came as a servant seeking no property or money.

I don't know how I would react, I know the truth now, I believe it in my heart and would die for Christ in a heartbeat, but I have a hard time living for him. I still deal with sin in my life as do we all.

I think he was the most special man to ever walk the face of the earth. Remember some dropped everything and followed him with no questions asked. He was and is God but became man to show us the way to his Father. He lived as a man and died as a man so that we could fellowship with God.

I hope I would had seen that he was the Messiah, that he fulfilled all the prophecy.

I'd give him a hug and a cookie. Poor guy had went through a lot.. Plus, I enjoy listening to loonies because they make me laugh. Aww.

I don't believe in the word of "God" only that Jesus was a real person. He must have been so much fun to watch..

I think this is why Jesus went first unto his own, and his own received Him not. He was regularly thrown out of temples as a heretic. A prophet has no honor in his own country.

In this day and age, say one of your old high school classmates comes back to town preaching something way out of the norm...you'd probably think he's nutso.

Many Jews felt he was a heretic.
What Jesus taught went beyond what religion was teaching at the time - civility towards each other.
Sounds simple, huh?

Anyone that studied the old testament and knew the prophecies of such Prophets as Isaiah, they should have known Jesus was that very Messiah. Jesus fulfilled all that was prophesied about Him.

But he didn't just preach it. he lived it. He backed up his words with actions and miracles. Raising the dead is no small feat.
Anyone that can walk the walk and raise the dead will get my attention.

Jews of that day did not support him and I'm sure if he came back today Christians will not support him either.

You have to be dead to be appreciated - just look around you now. Look at the photos and busts of the people who are revered. Are they alive?
