When my kids were toddlers - they started eating whatever we had for dinner. They did really well - some of the favorites were/are salmon (grilled or baked), taco's, homemade mac & cheese, steak, pork chops, noodles, mashed potatoes, corn, artichokes and my daughter has LOVED Caesar Salad since she was able to eat it. I know - sounds weird, but by introducing it when they are young, and having them eat dinner with you at a table - they think nothing twice about it.
For lunches - I fix them grilled cheese, pb&j, taquitos, chicken nuggets, bean and cheese burritos or we have leftovers.
We also have the try everything 3 times rule before they can not eat it - once for initial reaction, twice to really taste it and the third time to make up their mind.

When my daughters were young we used to take them once a week to the buffet restaurant and let them pick out what they wanted to try. This was easy to see what changes in food they made throughout the weeks. Kids' tastes change all the time so this helped us to see what they were interested in since some of the items my husband and I didn't like. Some things that the buffet offered we didn't cook at home so it gave them a big variety. Plus it gave me one meal I didn't have to prepare :). Hope this helps.

My daughter is not a toddler anymore but I remember she could eat corn on the cob with the best of them. There were days that's all she would eat. Maybe part of the reason she liked it was because she could do this herself.

My toddler loves anything that he can get into his mouth on his own. Carrots , peas and potato pieces. Cheerios and crackers. Cheese and Kraft dinner. Most toddlers aren't bored with the food that you're making, they're just getting to the point where they want to do it themselves. So, any fruit that you can get into pieces they can pick up.. anything that he can feed himself is going to make him happy.

Mmmm food, i'm hungry now!
I use to eat Rusks as a child, they are the best, if you haven't heard of them they are like a biscuit wafer and you put 2 or 3 in a bowl, pour warm/hot milk over and they go soft, really nice... i still like them now :)

You can make sandwiches and use a cookie cutter to give them shape, Another trick is to please the eye..Some apple ,saltanas,100's and 1000's sprinkled on bread,maybe a few crisps about 5.sliced banana covered in coconut. Put a few portions on a plate, It's all healthy and looks very yummy to the child..Remember as long as our kids eat they are happy.Use your imagination and you'll win them over everytime..

somewhat one can eat diverse ingredients like hotdaogs, burgers, and they love fries. in the experience that they dont have astma banannas,and so on.purely watch them with although thy eat because somewhat one doesnt sit nevertheless to eat except u have them in a severe chair or or ur lap. yet pay attention of procuring somewhat one seafood. If though their previous sufficient to eat different issues purely be very careful. solid success and God Bless.

right now our grandson is addicted 2 hotdogs n fruit. I buy all kinds of hotdogs (turkey, chicken,beef) n he all kinds of fruits his fav it grapes.
just keep trying 2 offer him different things that u r eating see what he likes
we take our grandkids out 2 a buffet once a month n see what new foods they enjoy.

Mine used to love cheese. He also got very constipated. Eventually he got the message - cheese+nothing else=constipated.
