i am an officer of a club (english circle) and our organizational adviser given me a task to do a bylaws "Rules and Regulation" of our club, but i can't find time to do it because me myself is a busy person, too. so can you help me guys to find a website that provide guidelines in doing a bylaws for a club. thank you for your help and i really appreciate it alot! you can PM me in my yahoo messenger [e-mail]

I just put "club bylaws" in the search engine and it came up with a lot of bylaws from the Rotary Club to the Skating Club.
