Once I lose my dependence on others, I leave that circle of power to one of independence. With my realizing that other peoples creations and dreams could help my own, is that a new circle of a unkown power? Is that synergy? Explain please.

There is a spiritual side to the word synergy.

Synergism is reference to the doctrine of divine and human cooperation in conversion. Synergism seeks to reconcile two paradoxical truths: the sovereignty of God and man's moral responsibility. Nowhere do these two truths so intersect as in the theology of conversion.

It is opposite to Monergism.

The interaction of two or more agents or forces so that their combined effect is greater than the sum of their individual effects.
Cooperative interaction among groups, especially among the acquired subsidiaries or merged parts of a corporation, that creates an enhanced combined effect.

So if you leave a group and become more independent, you lose synergy. Synergy isn't necessarily spiritual, and it isn't an unknown power.
