What do you mean second chance? you get plenty of time to repent. There is no secon chance. But, God brings the spirit of stupor, and in the lords day they will be thought. We all get the same chance as everyone.
Rom 11:8 (According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day.

There is no such thing as 'spirit'. You are your body, and that is all you are. When your body dies, that is the end of you.
