where to find Quaternary Ammonium Compound Shampoo?

It's for my Kitten she has Giardia I need to use it to kill the Cyst in her fur so that the other cats won't become infected

I have never heard of that kinda crap before!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last year after a camping trip and dog show I came home with three huge dogs with Giardia. They were treated with Metronidazole. End of story.
I work in a cat shleter and we often get cats with Giardia in. Treat them with Metronidazole, again..end of story.
In 17 years as a vet tech, I have NEVER heard of bathing a cat for Giardia.
Get new vet if they are telling you this!!!!!!
You would be more concerned about the cats sharing the litter box.
